At 6-8 weeks of age, you should start a series of vaccinations for your pet. re-vaccinating every 3-4 weeks until 16 weeks of age. After this period, they will need to re-vaccinate every 1-3 years as required according to your state/region. Up-to-date rabies vaccination is required by law in the US.


You may use the following as a general guide for your puppy or kitten vaccination:

Puppies

5-in1 and Corona are given at 8, 12, & 16 weeks of age and then annually thereafter.

Rabies are given at 16 weeks of age and must be repeated one year later as regulated by state requirements as follows: Colorado, Utah, Wyoming & Kansas every 3 years thereafter.

Bordatella
& Lyme requires 2 vaccinations given 4 weeks apart and then annual thereafter.

Deworming:
Given orally and to be repeated 10 days later. Veterinarian will prepare a syringe for the 2nd dosage to be given in 10 days.

Kittens

4-in1 and FELV are given at 8, 12,  weeks of age and then annually thereafter.

Rabies are given at 16 weeks of age and must be repeated one year later.  Colorado, Utah, Wyoming & Kansas  every 3 years thereafter .

FIPFIV requires 2 vaccinations 4 weeks apart and then annually thereafter.
